Atiku not destined to be president, he blowed hot:
Adams Oshiomhole, the national chairman of APC has descended on Atiku Abubakar for describing the just-concluded presidential election as the worst in Nigeria’s history.
The party chairman said that Atiku has been too desperate to be the president which even played out in 2003. Atiku who challenged his own boss president Olusegun Obasanjo not to go for the second term. Adams Oshiomhole added that Atiku Abubakar was never destined to be president of Nigeria. He made this known today, Thursday, February 28, at the party’s secretariat in Abuja when criticising Atiku for describing the presidential election as a sham and the worst in the history of Nigeria.
“Citizens, therefore, must hold their leaders accountable to their policy choices. Is Atiku going to rule Nigeria against our wish? Even when he said that he will sell NNPC most persons believed that he has collected deposit. He is arrogant and believes our future is tied on his presidency. However, Atiku Abubakar is never destined to be president of Nigeria. It takes a good character to be a leader. Atiku is too desperate, he even challenged his own boss president Olusegun Obasanjo in 2003 not to do a second term,” Adams Oshiomole said.
Meanwhile, Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has rejected the result of the election that re-elected President Muhammadu Buhari. Atiku, who kept mute since Monday, February 25, when it was clear that he was going to lose the election, described the election as a sham and full of irregularities. The PDP presidential aspirant said that the election was not free and fair, If not, he would have called the victor within seconds of being aware of his victory to congratulate him.
